This page explains what we do with the personal details you give us. We are Test Valley Heating Ltd, a family run heating and plumbing firm based in Andover, Hampshire.

What we collect

When you fill in our enquiry form we ask for your name and phone number, and optionally your email address and details of the job. If you call, message or email us instead, we hold whatever you choose to tell us.

Why we collect it

We use your details for one thing only, which is to respond to your enquiry, give you a quote and carry out any work you go on to book. We do not use your details for anything else.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your details and we do not pass them to anyone for marketing. We only share information where we genuinely need to, for example with a manufacturer when registering a guarantee on a boiler we have fitted for you, or where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry and any work that follows, and to meet our legal and insurance obligations. After that we remove them.

Your rights

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Just get in touch and we will sort it out. If you are not happy with how we have handled your information you can raise it with the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
